Jørgen Nyberget is a Legal Advisor on EU Law at IOM Law, working ad hoc. Jørgen has worked on identifying alternative models for direct state involvement in CO2 transport and storage infrastructure and activities, as well as models for standardized off-take agreements for commercial CCS operations.

Jørgen holds a Bachelor of International and European Law from Brussels School of Governance (Belgium), a Master of Laws in Energy & Environmental Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong, China), and a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen (Denmark).
