Victor Drosu is an associate with a diverse educational background and extensive professional experience. Holding a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, a Master in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, and a law degree from Greece, Victor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to IOM Law.

For nearly seven years, Victor has been working with the Norwegian Courts Administration, working on projects aimed at capacity building of courts in Central and Eastern Europe. This role has honed his skills in public administration, negotiation and international judicial cooperation. In addition to his work with the courts, he has gained valuable experience in the non-governmental sector, contributing to rule of law projects. 

Victor is fluent in Norwegian, Romanian, and Russian, and has a working knowledge of French and Greek. He enjoys connecting with people from diverse countries and backgrounds.

Victor provides counsel to public and private clients on Norwegian, European, and international CCS frameworks, as well as assisting our clients with dispute resolution/litigation.
